Tell it what you burn
Start from your weight (pounds × 10) or your own number, and pick a gentle, steady or strong deficit. Your target never drops below 1,200 calories.
NutraTrim turns weight loss into a clock. Calories in, calories out, carbs early, kitchen closed by 7. It plans every meal, then tells you when it's time and how much to eat.

No points, no food bans, no logging every crumb. Just the right amount at the right time.
Start from your weight (pounds × 10) or your own number, and pick a gentle, steady or strong deficit. Your target never drops below 1,200 calories.
Meals spread across your eating window: bigger and carb-friendly in the morning, leaner and lower-carb at night. The kitchen closes at 7, or three hours before bed.
"Time to eat! Eat 430 calories in the next half hour," with a meal idea that fits. When the kitchen closes, it says so. That's it.
Move the slider and watch your day take shape. This is the same math the app uses.
Weight × 10 is a rough resting estimate; the app lets you enter your own number. Estimates only, not medical advice.
Every meal comes with ideas scaled to its exact calories and carb target, with real portions: "Salmon and asparagus: 5 oz salmon, 1 cup asparagus." Breakfast gets the carbs. Dinner gets the protein.

Already have food in front of you? Take a photo. NutraTrim identifies each food, estimates the calories, and tells you how much of it fits this meal. Or take the smarter route: keep the chicken and vegetables, skip the rice.

You choose what exercise does. Add it to your deficit and lose faster, eat back half, or eat it all back. Connect Apple Health and the workouts from your Apple Watch count automatically.
In, out and the balance for today. A 7-day total and what it means in pounds. A streak for every day you stayed on plan and kept the kitchen closed.

It's not what you eat.
It's when you eat it (and how much...)
Eat a little less than you burn. Front-load your day. Close the kitchen. Repeat.
No. You can eat what you like. NutraTrim decides how much and when: a daily calorie deficit, bigger meals early, fewer carbs late, and nothing after the kitchen closes. Every meal comes with ideas if you want them.
It starts with a simple rule of thumb: your weight in pounds times ten, a rough resting estimate. If you know your real number from a tracker or your doctor, type it in. Workouts can add to it, logged by hand or read from Apple Health.
That's the idea behind the app: front-load your calories and give your body a long overnight break. The kitchen closes at 7 PM or three hours before bed, whichever comes first, and you can change the time.
It's a good estimate, not a scale. Portion size is the hard part, so results can be off by 20% or more. Shoot from above in good light with the whole plate in frame, and add a hint like "fried in butter" for what the camera can't see.
Your plan, your log and your Apple Health data stay on your iPhone. There's no account, no ads and no tracking. The only thing that leaves your phone is a plate photo you choose to scan, which is used for the estimate and not kept. Read the privacy policy.
NutraTrim is for healthy adults. It never sets a target below 1,200 calories a day. If you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, have diabetes or another medical condition, or have a history of eating disorders, talk to your doctor first.
NutraTrim is coming to iPhone first, with Android to follow. Both store links will appear on this page as soon as they're live.
